It has been seen that there are different Manual Refund Forms available but nowhere the list of documents required to be submitted in a list is not mentioned anywhere. Whenever a notification in this regard is done by government all simply copy same without giving list of documents which everyone has to find out on their own. In the case of Manual Refund claim, no such list is provided anywhere resulting incomplete documents submitted and Deficiency Memo is issued. As per Rules, a fresh application is to be submitted again.
