Our Company is a trading company and we received an order from one client o suppply power equiments on FOR basis.( Free on Road) and we paid to transporters directly and paid service tax under reverse charge mechanism.
In the order from client to our company no where about transportation cost and service tax is mentioned.
In this condition can we claim the service tax paid under reverse charge to client.
Kindly clarify the same immeidately.
